Do I need a licence to practice Microblading?
If you plan to work from home, a salon or clinic or rent a room somewhere then you need to check with the local council for that area you will be working in to see if you need a licence.
Can I work as a Mobile Microblading Technician?
Yes! You will just need to check with the local council of each area you will be working in that you can work as a Mobile Technician. We offer specific training courses for Mobile Technicians to have the additional knowledge to work on a mobile basis.
Will I get insured as a Mobile Microblading technician?
Yes. Our course has been approved for insurance for Mobile Technicians.
Do I need any qualifications to join this course?
No. You can join the course without any prior experience or qualifications. However, some councils require you have an NVQ to obtain a licence. If this is the case you we can provide you with an online Anatomy & Physiology course (level 3) before attending our training for £250 + vat. 30 hours study.
Do I need any previous experience to do Microblading?
No! You do not need any previous experience to have a successful career in Microblading. It all comes down to practice and a passion for creating perfect brows!
Will I get insured after completing your course?
Yes! DW PRO is a recognised training provider and has been pre approved for insurance. Our preferred training provider will cover you as a student whilst working on your case studies and also once you are qualified. Further more they will give you a 10% discount if you train with DW PRO.
Will my training include a Microblading kit?
Our courses are designed to be accessible to anyone wanting to start a career in Microblading. To make this possible we include a professional kit as standard, worth £250.
Does every student get to work on their own model?
Yes. Every student has one live model to work on during the training course.
How many students attend the course at one time?
We keep class sizes limited to 2-3 students per trainer to ensure you receive our full attention during your training.
I’m unable to get to London, can you train me in my own home?
Yes. we can train you in your own home or workplace. We just need to carry out a few checks before hand to ensure the environment is suitable for training.
Is lunch provided?
Yes. Lunch is provided on all 3 practical days at the Academy.
How long is the practical day?
Usually 9.00am – 5.30pm depending on class size.
