By purchasing a course through us, you agree to our no refund policy and any additional charges that may apply for rearranging face to face training.
Pay As You Go and Pay Monthly students may cancel the course at any time without penalty but will not be entitled to a refund of any monies already paid to DW PRO.
There are no time limits to complete the course; however, students who have not actively participated in the course for more than 12 months will have their access revoked from the course and need to start the course again at their own cost. No refunds will be given for any payments made for the previous course.
Insurance & Licence
As the purchaser/student, it is your responsibility to check before purchasing/starting a training course that you are eligible for insurance once you complete your training. While conducting your case studies, you will need student insurance and comprehensive insurance once qualified.
As the purchaser/student, it is your responsibility to contact your local authority to check if you will need a licence to practise Microblading and the requirements and costs of the licence before purchasing/starting a Microblading training course.
All payments and subscriptions are paid securely via Paypal.
For Pay Monthly Students, you will be required to set up a free PayPal account for the Pay monthly plan. Payments will be taken automatically on the same day each month from your nominated bank account. You may cancel the subscription at any time, which will also block access to your course.
For Pay As you Go and Fast Track students, you may pay by Credit or Debit card or Paypal.
The student portal is where you access your training course. Access is granted upon confirmation of your first payment. You will be given a unique username and password, which you can change once logged into your account. To use the student portal, you will need a stable internet connection, PC, laptop, or Smartphone. To take part in the live webinars, you will need to download the ZOOM app on your phone or Desktop – (where possible, use a PC or Laptop to ensure a more stable connection) and ensure that you have a working webcam and microphone.
You must complete each module in order and pass each end of lesson quiz before moving on to the next module.
You are required to purchase the materials and tools needed to complete your training and case studies at your own cost. A list of necessary items will be given to you as part of the course. Alternatively you may purchase a training kit from our academy which we will send out to your home or business address. You must bring your kit along with you to your practical training day.
Face to Face Practical Training
We provide training in your home salon/treatment room or place of work, providing it is suitable for the treatment to be carried out. Alternatively, we will pay the cost of a return train fare from your home to our training centre in London (subject to availability). Please enquire before booking your training.
You are required to bring your own model for practical training. You will not be able to perform practical training without a model. Your responsibility is to ensure your model arrives on time and is available for the required time. The student must confirm the model is suitable for treatment and complete a scratch/ patch test and consultation at least 48 hours before the treatment. If the model is not suitable for treatment, the training will be cancelled and rearranged at the cost of the student.
Start and finish times will be confirmed once you have made your booking.
Should you wish to cancel or rearrange your training day, you may do so, providing you give at least seven days’ notice and pay a £10.00 administration fee. Should you cancel for any reason within seven days before your practical training date, you will be subject to a £99 cancellation/ re-arrangement fee.
All bookings must be booked through our website.
Bookings which are made within 14 days of the practical training day may be subject to cancellation or changed to an alternative date depending on the availability of the training team. In this instance, we will confirm your training within 24 hours of booking.
When purchasing one of our courses you agree our courses are pass or fail and we will require as many case studies as it takes for you to demonstrate the required standards.
You must carry out the case studies identical to your training and submit clear before and after photos as evidence. (For microblading you will also need to present pictures of the brow template drawing).
You must purchase student insurance to cover you for the treatment(s) you will be carrying out through the duration of your case studies.
Course completion certificates are given out to students who have shown competence throughout the course; however, we have the right to withhold any certificates if the tutor deems the student not to have reached a competent standard. We hold the right to charge for extra training if this is required. Certificates are sent electronically to your given email address.
DW PRO and staff accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of our website, or any information contained on any of our sites, images or training.
